Please take the time to read the final riders’ information, riders’ briefing notes and complete your self-scrutineering forms prior to arriving at the event. These rounds will run under the AEC banner.

• Mylaps transponders will be used at this event. If you haven’t ordered one with your entry this can be done at rider sign on.
• SA results will shown on the SAORC website
• Curfew, Please have all generators & noise finished by 10pm each night.
• VOLUNTEERS – Our sport doesn’t run without volunteers. To ensure the event runs smoothly, all riders are encouraged to nominate a helper at rider sign-on. The nominated person will only be required to perform a short shift at some point during the day. If you are unable to provide someone, please notify the Keith & Districts Motorcycle Club committee. Your name will then be placed on the volunteer roster for a future round. If you are also able to assist with backup scoring or other event tasks, please see the Keith & Districts club during the event. For those willing to support at future rounds, please contact Sean Throup. Your time and effort are greatly appreciated — thank you for helping keep the championship running.
